All of our trucks are equipped with GPS devices that allow us to find you faster. We will dispatch a truck immediately with an average response time of 30 minutes depending on your location, time of day, weather, or any other unforseen circumstance.

If we can get an authorization from them, we can bill direct. If the situation arises that we are unable to get authorization in a timely manner you can pay the driver at the time of the tow and we will supply you with a copy of the tow invoice that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Most repair facilities will have an after hours drop box in which the tow bill and keys can be placed if they are not open. Do I have to be with my vehicle when it gets towed? Not always. With enough information and a call back phone number we can usually complete the tow without you being there. However, customers who are waiting with their vehicle will be given priority. My vehicle was towed to your storage facility due to being in an accident, impounded, left abandoned or otherwise ordered by law enforcement. How do I retrieve my vehicle or property? The REGISTERED OWNER of the vehicle is the only person that may retrieve the vehicle and it's contents.The vehicle and its contents will not be released (except for prescription eye glasses and medication) until all charges against it are paid in full or an authorized insurance company assumes full responsibility for all charges.
